Fingerless Mittens – Arm Warmers – Gauntlets – Wrist Warmers

My friend Marge complained about cold hands and I knitted her a pair of armwarmers. The pattern can be found hereI used one skein of Bernat Bamboo yarn, they don’t take much time to complete.

Another pair made with Red Heart Super Saver (Spa blue Fleck) went to Hildegard and Martina got a pair made from Bernat Cashmere yarn. Sorry, for got to take photos.

I started another pair from yarn I received from a freecycler, so I don’t know the name of the yarn, it is an acrylic. Worked up nice, we will give it away as a raffle prize at the “Friends of the Escondido Public Library’s volunteer luncheon on November 19, 2008. mvc-887s

  1. Thanks for linking me! Your armwarmers look splendid! I’m glad you liked the pattern.

  2. Hmmm… one picture looks like a crocheted bra… and the finished product… you might want to put back on freecycle! No offense!

  3. Irene, now I know what to knit you for a present – A BRA! Thanks for the inspiration!
